Center of R&D, Genesem Research Center

Genesem Research Center was established in Songdo Techno Park in 2007 to create new value through continuous R&D and efforts. Currently, we are developing saw singulation, laser processing, test handler, and pick&place equipment, which are the our main sales equipment. Genesem R&D Center will continue to maintain its competitive edge with differentiated products through continuous effort for the development and localization of equipment with excellent performance
